Former employee it's all true ripoff

I submitted this email directly to the email address listed for complaints and to this day, I've never even received a simple response... I recognized immediately that this company was running a scam and I promptly resigned. The following is a copy of the email I sent... Let's see what type of response this gets... Mr. Mario, I used to work for the Corporate Collection Services in Beachwood, Ohio where N.S.B. A is housed at. I worked there for only 2 weeks because I was "appalled" at the pitch and unethical way your company was permitted to do business.

I was encouraged to mislead unsuspecting customers by using words that allowed the perception to be made that they were in fact really getting a bundle of interesting benefits, plus a credit card. It is shameful the way you attempt to embarass and devalue the complaints and letters that ripped off people who have been flat out lied to by employeees who represent the N.S.B.A. If you are unaware of the illegal and fraudulent conduct that is going on in Ohio on Chagrin Rd, then shame on you!

This is not a company with integrity or character because you don't support or stand behind the people who have been victimized and have suffered loss as a direct result of what happens in this corporation. This story needs to be shared with the media, the newspapers and anyone else who will listen so that the hundreds of people who have been defrauded can get some sort of dignity restored to them. Their only fault is that they believed in the telemarketers dialog as given to them over the phone in what is supposed to come off as a service that they have been pre-approved to receive. Places like yours make it difficult for legitimate orginizations that truly do want to provide a service to consumers and not victimize or lie to them to close a deal. How come all the calls aren't recorded prior to the verification process? How come prospects don't know that the call center they are dealing with is really in Beachwood, Ohio? Why are the practices of this company one's that operate in deception and false perception?

I'm interested in hearing from you as a former employee. It was not my desire to publish my information on the usacomplaints.com page, but out of respect for the people who have been hurt as a result of the place where I was once employed, I wanted to give you an opportunity to respond to me personally.
