SEI UCS Solutions Enterprises Hired to work but not paid. Misrepresented conned scammed an honest working stiff ripoff

Hired to do computer repair work by Kristopher Cox of SEI/UCS, I was not paid upon competion of the job.

Upon investigation, the name and address of the company on the employment contact, Solutions Enterprises, LLC, was on file with the Richmond, VA courthouse as belonging to another person. The Virginia state corporate commission denied any knowledge of a company called SEI/UCS, or of Mr. Cox.

Not being able to validate the business name or address makes a small claims court hearing more difficult. I am owed hundreds of dollars by this individual for my honest hard work as a network technician.

This guy is slick, he maintains an email account, a web presence, and contracts with valid companies. He is a real master of hiding his identity and eluding to the unsuspecting contractor's attempts to collect payment.

He knows how to take advantage while hiding just behind the digital shadows of anonymous email addresses and questionable addresses and company names. When asked explain these charges, he remaines silent and unresponsive.

I am OUTRAGED that this individual has ripped me off. I am down hundreds of dollars.

To be fair, I have not tried to visit the office address that he has listed because I am too far away. When questioned directly about this, he has chosen to remain unresponsive.

This complaint will hopefully warn others to beware of being conned by this individual or others like him. Contractors please verify all information in the contract including the company name, address, and the individual representing the company.

I will never again accept contract work without being paid in advance.

I have tried to verify the information he supplies, but it all seems to be bogus. It is a challenge expose his true identity and to stop him from conning other innocent people.

If you have been conned by this guy, let's tighten the digital net. He will mess up and get caught someday.
