Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

I have been ripped off twice with my debit card. Starting in april 19 and it had a number after tlg*great fun 5775072 but didn't have it on it in may 19. I honestly don't know how i got hooked up this compamy or what ever it is, but i sure want to prosecute them. Thank you
