Salvatore G. Tornambe Attorney At Law Slumlords refuse to fix repaires need in apartment, rodents, asbestos, rotting wood/rusting appliances

Moved in apartment in April; One week later, rodents appear and eat all of our food and leave droppings everywhere. We contacted the landlords and their son who is their attorney and they accused us of bringing the rodents with us; we asked for help at first they refused; then they brought glue traps-which did not work. They came and put poison and bought a sensor that also did not work.

I am asthmatic and I realized that the walls are crumbling and that below the sink their is mildew and rotting metal/wood. There are two large pieces of wood covering a very large opening which could be the access that the rodents are using to enter the apartment. The apartment is old and the electrical wiring is unsafe. We have made several attempts to have repairs done, and these people do not respond and when they do they do not take responsibility for their property.
