This person, of course, has a wife, and just had a child born. They live in a small town, in which, there are hardly any employment opportunities. They of course live below the poverty level and will not better their situation by moving to where the jobs are, go figure!
So us taxpayers or relatives have to offset their situation in order for them to make ends meet.
So, when does our society say, enough is enough!!!
