Mark and I had a short relationship in 1998/1999. He is 19 years my senior. I quickly became pregnant with his child and ended up moving to TX to live with my mother. During my pregnancy, he was not there for me emotionally or financially, and was not even present when our son was born 11/21/1999. Shortly after our son was born, I filed a custody lawsuit against him and won full custody of our son, child support in the amount of $574 a month, and health insurance was to be provided by Mark. It is now and our son will be 7 next month. Mark has never fulfilled his duties as my son's biological father, including never paying child support or providing health insurance as he was instructed by law.in fact, each time I have tried to enforce this by way of the Attorney General's office or other Child Support Collection Agency, Mark has evaded his duties by repeatedly quitting his job and moving from town to town. I approximate that this man owes me more than $45,000 in uncollected child support. Due to the fact that he continues to evade law enforcement agencies so that he can run away like a coward from his duties as biological father of my son, I am writing this consumer complaints in the hopes that someone that knows him will report his current address and phone number to me so that I can alert the Attorney General. I also want him to know that he will never get away from the fact that he owes this to his son.
He has had many addresses. His most recent is listed in the report. He also has an ex-wife named Melynda Goodson.

His address with her was 372 Julie Dr in Lexington, AL.
He has also been known to frequently hide out at his mother and stepfather's home in Cottonwood, AL. Their address is 310 Oats Rd.

Please help me put this man away, behind bars. There is no excuse for this. The Attorney General of TX has been of absolutely no help to me.
