Ripoff has put me into contempt of court

I hired this lawyer to try and get child support lowered after the death of a child, i was paying $1450 a month for 3 children with no deductions.

Lawyer went into court with a voluntary impoverishment argument that had he won would have ended up with me paying $1340 for 2 kids as opposed to $1450 for 3. (Cost for this? $3000)

I ended up with no deductions, support reduced to $1161 a month, with them giving exwife $575 for private school and $427 for health insurance (should only have been $200, that's all she pays to insure children) - Total cost for lawyer? $5000!!

This lawyer agreed to a modified order several months later with no correspondence, approval, or authorization from me-that did not reduce child support payments, allowed her the $427 for health insurance, and ordered me to provide health insurance for children at a cost to me of $240 a month.

So now Im in contempt of court because I don't want to pay $240 for health insurance and still have her receive $427 a month to compensate for her coverage. Think I wanna hire another lawyer to get me out of this mess? Thinking of moving to a foreign country because they're killing me, and i'm not a deadbeat dad-but i can't afford to live, and this inept lawyer has taken every last dime of my money. (Never mind what I have to pay the IRS with NO DEDUCTIONS-and $15000 yearly coming out of my income after taxes!
