Refuses to address my questions, problem. Ripoff

I ordered free business cards, and agreed to send a check to pay for shipping, as I do not have a credit card. However, the ordering process indicated that I had to order at least $10 worth to send a check, so I also ordered address labels. I mailed the check the next day. One month later, to the date, I have not received my order, and the company indicates that they did not receive my check. I have sent emails, tried calling an 800 number they provide on their website, but the phone number is not in service. I have emailed customer service and the public relations department, and keep getting canned responses. Apparently there is no person to discuss this with.

Needless to say, I will never order from this company again!!
