I have read other complaints about this compnay and i am going through the same thing. I called and called before the cancellation date and they took 149.00 out of my account and my account has been messed up since then. I have called three times and they have given me 3 different dates on when my refund check was sent out and i haven't received it yet. I am mad and i want my money back.
