Ripoff Retroactively charged for 3 months service of Websites Online

My phone bill dated 4/16 had a $205.79 charge for 4 fees:
2/8 - Websitesonline setup fee for 49.95
2/8 - Websitesonline monthly fee 49.95
3/1 - Websitesonline monthly fee 49.95
4/5 - Websitesonline monthly fee 49.95
Federal tax 5.99

Who are these guys. Called Sprint and they reffered me to ILD's toll free number. Called ILD and was told they would block any further charges to my account but I would have to contact Websitesonline to have charges removed at 866-501-6253. Called Websitesonline on 4/28, said he would check into it. Called again on 5/2 only to get a voicemail stating they had unusally high call volume! Wonder why.

Was contacted by a telemarketer just days before my 4/16 billing period deadline. How did they do this so fast and make it retroactive?

I wonder if Sprint shouldn't bear some of the responsibility for this since they let ILD use their billing system, I assume with Sprints consent. Sprint should screen the entities they let use their billing system more closely. All they had to do is type in ILD Teleservices in a search engine to see the large number of complaints filed about this company. Maybe I'll switch to Vonage!
