TLG Unauthorized Credit Fraud/Rip off

I was billed 129.99 dollars for something I DID NOT authorize and was not aware of. I have never heard of this company before, I have never gave my credit card number anywhere and I so was confused when I saw this bill on my credit statement.
I am furious and demand that this fraudulent company refund me for they make an unauthorized transaction and committed larceny.
