Ripoff Terminated me under false and unjust cause

I was terminated under what they refer to as a no call no show for 3 consecutive days. I went to managment under a policy Wal-mart prides itself on "Open Door Policy" this protects employees from retaliation from persons being complained on.

I made several calls to my supervisor and managment and was never called back. I was left out to dry after putting almost 4yrs of my time into the company protecting their assets. I was lied to, neglected and wrongfully accused of job abandonment. My supervisor retaliated against me based on personal feelings.

I feel this company does not care for its employees and has no respect for people's lives. Do not report any misconduct or discrepancies or you too maybe a victim of false termination. I have not found employment since"I wonder what they say when I use them as a reference?"
