Ripoff

I was approached by a young african american male on Feb 22. He said that he was selling magazines. He said he was in college and he had to sell a certain number to go to Cancun. So me being the nice person I agreed to purchase a subscription for Ebony Magazines. I gave him 42 dollars and he gave me a receipt. His name appearing on the form was Ernie Barley. I would really like my money back or my magazines. I am so mad!!!
