Magzine rip off fradulant

Two salesman came to my door on December 16, selling magazines. I bought a subscription. I paid $55.00 in cash, and recieved a receipt. The receipt states that the magazines can take up to 120 days. It's been well after 120 days, and I haven't received ANY magazines. I've tried calling the company with the number listed on the receipt, and I can not get ahold of a "live" person. I've emailed them twice now asking for a full refund, and I haven't gotten any response. Basically, I gave these guys $55.00, and didn't get anything for it. Is there anything you can do to help?
