This report is compromised as a joint effort between a small number of ex MotorZoo USA employees. The main culprits would be G. Robertson who is a co-owner of the operation and C. Doucette who is the controlling interest. Mr. Doucette, is a scam artist, first and foremost. Next Mr. Robertson is the main reason for the payroll disappearing which resulted in employees having bounced paychecks. There are an estimated total of 4 ex employees who recieved the negative items, some employees recieved more than one of these and in all cases none of the checks were compensated for. On top of that there was not a condusive working environment for anyone, with Mr. Doucette yelling, swearing and threating employees, during work hours, in front of most of the staff. Mr. Robertson and Mr. Doucette were also well aware of the deceptive practices that their telemarketers were using but did nothing to correct the problem. Using any means necessary to obtain consumers money and not making the efforts to properly deliver the product. Numerous overheard conversations from either individual, had references to getting money fast, setting up new "ventures" which were ideally scams, selling things to the same people who bought "internet advertising" under a different alias. A number of better business beauru complaints were filed against the company which were shrugged off as "they were moving to Utah", ebay endeavors where numerous consumers were sold goods but were never delivered, overproced mark ups on ebay auctions, the list can go on and on. The company does nothing to "actively market" the consumer's vehicles, but instead use a simple web interface to imput information to a form which actively generates a webpage, about 15-20 min. Worth of work. The keywords are paid for, and do not deliver the results bragged about. A number of employees were fired without final paychecks for hours worked and were basiclly threatened if any reports to any type of legal authority were made against them. A pregnant woman was also fired the week of christmas as well as 3 other employees. The company and people behind it have ill intent unless you can give them money, or do something for them which they absolutly need. Many of the employees worked long hours, without compensation, and to this day none of us have recieved a 1099 or w2, the irs will be happy to hear about this, especailly for the commisioned sales staff, whom more often that not were somehow duped out of their money or fired because there was no money to pay what was earned. Consumer and potential employee beware.
