Ipoff lied to me and took $200.00 from me and wont give it back

They called me to sell me a credit card and told me that it would be $200.00 for a $2,000.00 limit credit card.

When I received it in the mail it was a catalog that I could order out of. I needed a credit card to pay bills at that time.

They took the $200.00 out of my account. I called them back and they told me to send the packet back and that they would look over it and refund me my money.

I have sent many letters since that and they will not refund me my money, they are keeping it for no reason.

What do I do? I can't live without that that $200.00, or a real credit card from them.
