Farady Flashlights ripoff

I was ordering flashlights online from Farraday for Christmas presents, but the price was not as advertised so I changed my mind and did not complete online order, and called to make sure they knew the order was terminated. They sent the flashlights a month and a half later anyway. They were not as advertised, not bright, poorly made, hard to use, and since I didn't want them anyway, I immediately returned them. The return shipment arrived February 9, signed for by M Delaney. I have not received a refund or even an acknowledgement to this day. They debited my checking account $178.00!
