Ripoff Warranty of new products worthless-refuse to replace defective product

Purchased Faraday flashlights, found them not very bright and didn't give much light. Smallest was inoperative when received. Through 6 contacts with company's customer service, which is in India, I was promised 6 times a replacement, 6 times it never came. Finally one of them explained that they didn't have any, only for new sales. Warranty is worthless and so are their promises. I am stuck with a "paid for" worthless product they won't replace.
