My trial is not up haven't rec'd anything & They can't find my information to cancel Ripoff

I have not rec'd anything for $1.95 and I trying to cancel the "membership" but no one there can find me in there so called system. I have spoken to about 5 customer service reps and all are saying "I am sorry but we can't find you in our system but they sure did take $ out of my account. So what do you say about that one Customer service???!!! How stupid do you think I am. I have never done anything like this & yes I was stupid but I will not let you take anymore $ from my account. The fraud department is already investigating this scam. Mr. Cochran my attorney will be contacting you if you take one more penny out of my account!!!
