Don't ever sign up for CHEGG.com.
Don't use their homework help (eventhough they advertise it as free trial).
Never order anything from them.

They charged me $99.99 annually for two years for the service I have NEVER USED.
I had very hard time to talk to the customer service, and they didn't refund the full amount. They said that they can only give me $20. It is only 10% of what they charged me for two years.
I have never used the service. BUT the customer representative told me it is 100% my fault that I didn't cancel the account two years ago,
AND GUESS WHAT
I couldn't even cancel the account online through their website.
(their system keep shows the system error whenever i tried to cancel the account.

They don't even list a phone number on their website for a customer service!
And IT is really hard to contact them and cancel the account.

Their website is an internet SCAM and FRAUD!!
