Ripoff offer credit limit of 10,000.00 with 5% APR

This Company offers 10,000.00 credit limit @ 5% APR.
They state that I'am pre-approved and that I need to send them the 37.00 immdenitly.
What seems to give this away is that you don't get any further info until you send in your money and get your card.

It states that you get your money back within 60 days if not satisfied only no way of calling them. Anyways this id crap and needs to be stopped.
