Lied about shipping charges, impossible to reach over phone - BIG ripoff deceptive company

I've ordered their product Hair-ZX over the phone. The sales rep said the product was free, only S&H charges applied: $7.95 per month of supply.

When I got my credit card statement there was a charge from them for $95.40!! I called their customer service #800-457-0825 where after being on hold for over 50 min I was told the S&H charge was per bottle.

I've asked for a full refund upon sending everything back to them but as of today, almost two months, I have not received anything yet.

By the way, the product had arrived in the free USPS box with the small bottles just tossed in without any wrapping around them. There wasn't any instruction booklet; only a few words on each bottle. I doubt the product can be any good if everything else about this company indicates a scam and lies. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!
