REPEATED unwanted solicitations fraudulent ripoff business

About 6 months ago, my husband and I received a phone call from a company offering us a credit card with no interest, promising a 6500 limit. After speaking with this company for several minutes, they began to ask for the personal information we are warned to NOT give out everyday. My husband politely told them that we were not interested and that we did not give out personal information to companies we knew nothing about. We thanked them for their offer and hung up. About one month later we received a post card in the mail for a credit card from First National. Assuming this was a bank, my husband dialed them asking about their credit card. They again explained that they were all about, and my husband explained that he had already received a phone call from them before and he was not interested. He also asked to be removed from their mailing, AND their phone lists. Another month later we received another post card in the mail. My husband called them to inform them that he had asked to be removed from their mailing list. They assured him it was a done deal. Today (April 19th) we received ANOTHER letter from them. We thought it over and thought maybe we should look into this card since we are trying to rebuild our credit. My husband was on the internet while i was looking through the letter. I asked him to type the name of the company into the Google search engine to see if we could find their site to possibly browse this "catalog" they were speaking of. When to our surprise the top link for this business was a link to Rip Off reports. NO link for the actual company. So we ventured on in and saw the numerous reports of fraud. WOW!
