They hold my money and do not want to return them since Novembe

I called them so many times, but they just do not want to return my money back. I got problem with my credit card, because it took 5 months. I ask the lady on the phone to talk with her supervisor or boss and she told me that there is nothing I can say and she hangup. They promise for next Monday, but I think someone should close them and put them in jail for finacial fraud.
