Igiatactica Technology Group ripoff

In Sept. Of I ordered a vacuum cleaner from the company advertised as Igia from an infomercial.

I have tried to call their phone # several times, only to be put on hold, and then disconnected. I also tried to email the customer care in March of this year, and, again-nothing, no response of any kind.

They still have our money which was given in good faith, but no product, and no response for a year now...

Singer dissassociated themselves with igia, and the parent name of the company known as igia: is Tactica technology group inc.

I also tried to get the BBB involved, but they had the same problem as I did. The company didn't return any of their inquiries, or phone calls, either.

Igia now has a negative report with the BBB as well.
