Shipped wrong product will not pay return charges Ripoff

Singer lazer vacuum cleaner rip-off. Buy one get one free with free steamer. That's what I ordered but instead I received 4 vacuum cleaners and charged close to $400 on my VISA.
On my first attempt to reach them by phone (after a 45 minute hold) I was told to contact customercare@igia.com. The second attempt to reach them by phone (after a 40 minute hold time) I was told they would not pay for return shipping.
Their 1-800-716-8667 phone message says contact customercare@igia.com but at customercare@igia.com they say call 1-800-716-8667.
