Is a ripoff. Did not issue refund as promised switzerland

Back in August I paid $400.00 for a conception calendar to conceive a girl.

Materna SA had a policy of a Refund if the opposite gender was conceived while using their provided calendar.

Several attempts of email and phone calls have been made to their employees. A copy of my son's birth certificate was mailed during the Summer of and still no Refund almost 2 years later.

I am fine with the gamble of gender selection, but Materna SA did not keep their end of the deal with 100% money back guarantee. (i would still like to have my refund sent)
