Ripoff scam, will do anything to get their money

Warning to everyone out there about this company. I'ts too late for me I was scammed. Someone who used the military around here as a reason to sell these magazines. He told me a man I knew in the military was his leader for this and so because of knowing that the man was in the military I believe him and for that reason I will also not use names.

The man selling the magazine told me that the check I wrote would not be cashed til march 1st because we are a military family. I told him if it went through before than it would bounce he promised it wouldnt so I took his word on it.

Short part it went through and bounced. I called this number 954-341-8135 and O was told that the check went to collections and that they don't hold checks. When I said I wanted to cancell the whole order they said that it can not be done, but it was cancelled when the check went to collection.

From there I will get a letter and I still have to pay the $32 for the magazines and I'm not allowed to cancell the order which would be reinstated when the $32 is paid. They said if I did not pay the money then it would go on my credit report. I was told that you only have 3 days to cancell the order after it is writing out. And you have to send in the receipt that the seller should have wrote number on the back of and he never did, so that did me no good.

The lady on the phone from Palmetto Marketing was very rude. However unless I want $32 to go on my credit report she will get her money and I will never deal with this company again.

For now on if I want magazines I will get them from the store.By the way the magazine I'm to get is disney princess and me, for 2 years. Buyers beware this is a bad company and if anyone comes to your door don't buy their scam like I did.
