Ripoff dishonest fraudulent run run run away

My wife and I are also a few of the many people who have had problems with Jim Walter homes. We worked with our sales rep. To get approved to build a home and upon singing the papers to build The Bakersfield home a 3 bedroom 2 bath 1,579sq ft home on 6-11-05, after this we began to have problems. The things that we were required to do before they could began construction 1. Clean & Grade property - Completed 2. Test the Soil - Completed 3. Check Drainage on the property - Completed 4. Provide Access to property for construction crew and utilities - Completed 5. Provide Running Water - Completed 6. Provide a safe source of electricity using a ground fault
interrupter circuit - Completed 7. Mark any utilities, trees, shrubs, and other improvements you want to keep - Completed 8. Stake out the exact location of house with their help - Completed, after investing more than $8,000.00 to do our part the lies began.

1. They lied about coming out to do the pre-construction meeting

2. They began to say I had to have a septic permit for them to began, but the health department in Gadsden, al said it was not mandatory.

3. I had a Engineered Septic system designed by a Engineering firm, but still more lies

4. I contacted the Branch Manager, District Manager, Chairman, President and Chief Executive officer, and still more lies

Finally I decided to cancel the contract after almost 8 months of lies, if there is anyone who can help me in beginning to call a lawyer to sue this company please help!
