Ripoff

In Septebmer I wrote a letter stating that someone from the company lead me to believe they were a member from a competing magazine service I am already a customer with. I asked that my account be cancelled and my money be refunded.

I received no of the following, not even a courtesy call. I then later on had a charge of 19.16 to my banking account. I immediately called the company and spoke with my rep Martha Sanchez. She said she would make sure that account in cancelled and I would be receiving a credit in 7-14 days. No credit was made. This didn't happen.

Instead in October I had a charge of 19.16 to my account.in November I spoke with my rep again who said that I would have a refund of 38.32, and doesn't know what happened the first time. At the time they had lost power and she would put it in the system once it was up again. Again nothing was done.

Finally charges were stopped but I still did not receive a refund. I spoke else since Martha is no longer at the company. I called to find out the status of my refund and was told I would not be getting one. The woman on the phone raised her voice to me over I felt very disrespected. Is this how you treat they treat their customers? First off, I didn't ask for this service and now I get yelled at over the phone. This is a rip-off!
