Ripoff Charged My Account Without Authorization

I use the internet almost daily to make various purchases; to purchase travel packages for work and my family, paying bills and shopping. At some point during one of my internet ventures I unknowingly agreed to a free trial subscription to various magazines. I first noticed a charge for $112 dollars on my account statement. There was no description of what the charge was for except "TWX*MAGAZINE ORDER 800-773-3142". I called the number and when through the treacherous automated system and managed to get the subscription cancelled and received a full refund.
Conveniently enough, when I checked my statement online the following day I noticed yet another charge dated the same day as I cancelled the subscription. This time the charge was for $49. The description was the same as the previous charge. I called again and forced my way through the recorded voice, pushing the number 0 violently and... Waalaa. I got a real person. I cancelled the subcription (which was for a different magazine then before) and was told I would receive a refund in a few days.
Haven't seen the refund yet, but today, I went to my account information and what did I find? But another charge for another magazine dated for today in the amount of $30... Just moments after cancelling the last subscription. I called the 800 number provided and spoke to a man who told me that my the "trial" period had ended and I hadn't cancelled my subscription in time to get a refund. We shared words. I informed him of the previous charges, phone calls and refunds. I also advised the man that I wished to have my name removed from any and all calling, mailing, subscription, etc lists his company might currently have or have in the future. I also advised that I had never authorized a subscription or payment and that if I discovered another charge from his company that I would be filing a claim for fraud. He politely informed me that my subscription would be cancelled "for my convenience" and a refund would be given.
