Gave me a stolen credit card number for $450

Jackie put $450 into my Stormpay account which I withdrew thru my bank. Later the bank issued a chargeback plus $30 and so did Stormpay plus $35... I want her to go to jail! The credit card came back as stolen. She is a thief and a career criminal.
