Stormpay.com ripoff suspends my account but still accepts my customers money from my still open stormpay auctions ripped off $4000

So storm pay accepts my funds through my checking account but then when you win an auction from stormpay.com's auctions and send the funds to the seller it never gets to the seller and then you receive a chargeback for your funds that you sent to the seller and claims you paid for it with a worthless e-check and drains your account. Stormpay suspends my account for *worthless echecks after they charge you a 3% funding fees to transfer the money from your own account, but yet when you initiate the funding from your bank account you receive a message everytime that your account funding was approved. So why would they approve it if the check was worthless then and then you receive a fraudulent chargeback so they can drain your account. Alsoafter you receive this so called charge back they suspend your account giving you no access to your funds but still keep your auction open? So your winners of the auction send you the funds and only stormpay has access to the funds. And by the way forget about the stormpay debit card because when you order them for a $29.95 fee they make sure that you can never get into your account to access the activation page, so again they take your money. At this point I have over $4,00.00 in my account from auction winners and my own funding and they continue to charge you with these so called chargebacks so when you receive a chargeback its only for the reason that you have no way of contacting the winner of the auction and to tell them that they should NEVER use stormpay for a payment method and to advise them to use your own merchant account which mine is Propay through Wells Fargo and is very reliable, so th winning bidder files a a claim with thier credit card company for not recieving the item they paid for through storm pay and received no contact from the seller.

At this point any chargeback you get against your stormpay account is actually stormpay.com's responsibility for the reason of suspending your login with a sole option that is to wait 180 days to COVER ALL CHARGEBACKS THAT YOU MAY RECEIVE. This is called fruad and flat out theft and just plain old defermation of your character and you are just supposed to just wait around for 6 months for an appeal of your suspension that they have no intentions of giving you access to your account ever again. This could even cause you to be investigated by law enforcement officials as well as the credit bureaus for stealing money that you never EVER had a chance to prevent this from happening.

How can i get my money back how can i file a law suit for all the mess that this has created plus retrieving your funds that they took from your balance with all these stormpay customer chargebacks from auctions that keep on going for months and they continue to break your finances and credit as well as your neck from an agry customer that thinks you are a fraud when the real fraud is the company that claims to be reliable and free for sellers as well as a legitament business and payment processor.

Stormpay is the worst scam i have ever fell victim too as well as my valued customers that will never know the truth because storm pay does all the finger pointing as not one isnt pointed at me.
