I saw the advertisement of www.9278.com on timesofindia.com. This is one of the regular ads displayed there with good deals. I went and bought a vsnl phone card first which last much lesser than the time it was supposed to. I posted my concerns and got replied to wait for few days so that they can get details. Later on, following up did returned any results to me.

I took another chance and bought a Express connection card for $5. When trying to make a call, I was continously getting *Invalid Pin*. I have not been able to use this card at all. I tried contacting them on phone 3-5 times but no one ever picked.

I mailed to their customer service customerservice@9278.com and got automated response that they will be looking into the problem. I have not received any response from them.

They are just fooling the customers and do not have any customer service at all.

BEWARE! If you are thinking to buy any card from this site then donate that money to some needful person at least you will be satisfied that you were not fooled.
