I bought a calling card for $20.00 on 11/21. Since I bought the card, I have been unable to make any phone call. After dialing the 1-800 number and the PIN, the line goes dead. I have reported several time but still I am unable to make phone calls.
The card is produced by www.9278.com. When I call the customer service at 1-800-566-3496, they don't even want to reveal their company name and address. They are refusing to return my money because the service is not available. It looks like a scam to offer cheap calling cards for services that don't exist.
