Frontier Pharmacy (ies) ripoff fraudulent billing Internet

I just found out that I had three charges to my credit card that I did not make. The first two are from Cigar Stores and Stands 1-866-221-5391 which appeared on my card on 10/9 and 12/9 for $19.95/ea and the second one is Consulting Management 1-866-220-0556 for $20.95. Just as an aside, I don't smoke.

I phoned the numbers and spoke to a woman with a non-english speaking accent as was told that she works for an internet clearing house company that handles numerous internet accounts, but only to redirect callers. She is the one that told me the charges were actually coming from Frontier Pharmacies. I told her the charges were not mine and she said she would forward the info on, whatever that means.

I looked up Frontier Pharmacy and couldn't get a link, but when you type Frontierpharmacies.com you get a website that appears to be a clearing house for other useless websites. Oh, one other thing, the charges on my card are coming out of Cyprus which is a country near Turkey and Greece.

I have placed a fraud complaint and have canceled this card. I just want to know how they got me.
