Charged my credit card without my permission-donot know who this is ripoff internet

I was checking charges on my credit card when i noticed a $20.95 charge i did not recognize. There was a 866 phoe number so i called it and i got a recording stating i would have to go to their web site to get a hold of them.

Went to this web site a got nothing. Could not sign in anywhere. Called my cc and they are sending me a paper to fill out to check on charge.

I have no idea where this charge came from or what it is. I never heard of frontier pharmacy before let alone give them permission to charge my card
