Ripoff being un fair billing

My husband and I have a 69.99 plan and we are being billed triple our plan and we shouldn't be. We have not gotten a bill for no less than 110.00 why is that...
I WANT TO KNOW IF THEIR IS ANYONE ELSE OUT THEIR IS GETTING THE SAME RIP OFF AS US. If so please contact me that way maybe we can get something going here and get what is owed back to. Just like our roll over minutes why should they get taken away from us when we pay for them? And if we where to go over our minutes then we have to pay. So in my opinion then they should have to reimberse us for the minutes we didn't use...
