Unhelpful, dishonest, RIPOFF

I ordered a couple of items online from Personal Creations.com Dec 8th. My order # is W1205411 According to the company, the items were shipped on Dec 14. As of today, Janurary 24th; I have not received my items.

I have called a couple of times and the customer service representatives REFUSED to transfer me to a manager to speak with. I have filed a report with the BBB. I want my money back and all that seems to happen is that my credit form that was filled out for my refund somehow got "lost" twice. I have waited for over a month to receive my items, and now it has been about 2 weeks for a refund.

I hope no one ever does business with this company. I have contacted Hawaiian Airlines because I found this company off of the Miles Mall program, I requested the immediate removal of this company. I am going to write a letter to the president of the company and let him/her know that they have bad service skills and are rude!
