My wife is a college student. She recieved a phone call telling her she had won a federal grant that she could use to pay off her student loans or bills. The grant was worth $6000.00. They told her there was a processing fee that would cost $298.00 and convinced my wife to give them our account number. I was able to research this and was able to close our account before the money was taken out. This has a history of doing this all over the country and has probably stolen thousands. A class action law suite is what we need to stop these people. Don't listen to them and don't give them your account numbers. Grants are free and do not cost a processing fee.
