I ordered the singerlazer vacuum from an ad I saw on television, buy one, get one free.instead of sending me 2, instead they sent me 4. I emailed, and called them. The first rep told me she would be sending me a return slip. It never came.

When I called back the rep told me the other one was wrong, I had to send back the 2 extra ones to some P.O. Box. When the post office gave me word that they recieved it I called and e-mailed stating that I needed my refund. They have not responded. This has been since August. They have changed there email address since then. It is now customercare@igia.com

Then I found out from the ad on there website the actual price of the vacuum. They did not give me one free. They actually charged me for all four.
