Ripoff will not honor service warranty and insurance fraud

It took over a year for us to get our home. We did not get the appliances we ordered. We have nails under our carpet. We have staples coming up thru the vinyl that they have tried to repair by just laying more vinyl over the top of the bad and it looks 10 times worse. They have no idea how nails got under the carpet that already had to be stretched in livingroom. Also before we even signed on the home someone broke into it and tried to steal the fridge left it laying in backyard. We reported it to the sheriffs office and then presige about an hour later they went online and took a insurance policy out in my husbands name without telling us. We had to claim this on the insurance and we are out the $500.00 deductible. The owner of the company told us we are lucky they did not destroy it because we would be responsible. This was in jan. We did not close until the end of march. Another thing about the vinyl they put the wrong color vinyl down during this last repair. They are not honest. We had a walk thru list of 40 plus items and they still are not fixed. We paid $80,000 for our home we expected what we was promised.
