Did a bad job and left... What a rip-off!

I had a new vinyl flooring installed in my home office.

Soon after the vinyl starting curling away from the wall.

I called a minimum of ten times to have them do something about it.

Each time I called, I was promised they would come out and fix it.

Eventually they sent a man who was not an employee of their company to come out and see what was wrong.

The man told me that they had waited too long to repair the job because there is a chemical in vinyl which allows it to be flattened long enough to put adhesive on it. He said not even a heat blower would flatten it. And, he said there had never been any adhesive to begin with.

Since then, I have had no calls or letters from the firm.

I feel I was ripped off because soon the flooring will have to be replaced by another company at my expense. I want my money back!
