They have been taking 21.95 out of my account for the last 3 months. I have called and been told that I had to send a letter to cancel the plan. I sent a letter then the next month I had to call again. The second time I called they gave me a different address to send the letter to. The people are rude, and something needs to be done about this.

Thanks for your nice website. Now I will fight with my bank to make sure this company never takes money out of my account again.
