Ripoff promised I could purchase home if made payments on time regardless of credit evicted us and sued us for the remainder of rent balance

Maguire properties promised me that I could purchase my home regardless of credit as long as I paid my rent on time. After moving into the home we notice the home needed extensive work in which Maguire told us that all damages to the house were on us. We had a lot of good furniture and electronics etc... That were damaged because the roof leaked. The basement flooded with human waste, we had rats, the house wasn't insulated which caused us to have an outstanding utility bill, he kept an lock box on our door for two-months. Two weeks after moving into the home he gave us an eviction notice because of clothes on the floor and so much more. We found out that no one is able to purchase the house but he keeps feeding people these lies promising them they can purchase their home after one year. Ever since we had resided at 1621 Cory Dr. A home owned by Maguire Properties we have become victims and is still being victimized by him. He has messed up our credit report severly and has a law suit on us. I would like everyone know that he is a slum lord and to watch out for him because he is taking advantage of innocent families who really want to become home owners. Please put a stop to him. It would be advisable to contact all persons who resided at this address for their experience in dealing with him.
