Ripoff Terry was supposed to be handling a case for me but he let it go so long that the statutes ran out

Terry had handled cases for us in the past, so I asked him about getting a new one in court. A girl owed me money for a cell phone bill and refused to pay. When I asked him about it he assures me he would take it to court and he could win it. After sever time seeing him I kept asking when he was going to get it on the dockets, and he kept telling me he would get on it.

Finally I e-mailed him asking him for the records so I could at least take her to small claims. He keeps saying he will send them but to this day I haven't seen them. Three years later and I am still waiting. Due to the fact I think He should have to pay me the money intrest for causing me not to be able to collect the debt. About $568 was the debt and I don't think that is pennies to throw into the water.
