Like so many before me I was sold on the idea of making money will I attend college. Jay's high pressure sale tactics worked and I gave him a $500 deposit. Less than six hours later I read the posts listed here and other websites and e-mail him back to cancel the contract. He told me that the post were make by others that are competeing again him and refused to give me a refund. I call the credit card company and told them I was disputing the charge. I complete the disputed from printed out all of the e-mails and fax it to the credit card company. I get an e-mail from him stating that he is going to take me to court if the credit card company doesn't pay him. For now I am leaving it between the card company and him but he where. He has change his agreement and is not giving refunds for anything.
