Teleteria inc. He sold us a website, never gave us possession of it, threatened violence if I reported it, won't refund

I paid Jay $2800 for my adult site. $2500 for the design and deposit, and $300 for 3 months of hosting. According to my contract, it was supposed to be $25/per month, billed quarterly ($75) for three months of hosting.

I was told that I needed no credit card to set up the paypal or ccbill account, that it was all included in what I paid. I have no credit card or money for the deposit to the paypal company.

I was told I could choose what is on my site and help design it and pick my name. I was given 2 to choose from. I never got to choose anything.

I was promised a money back guarantee if not happy. After I paid him up front with no refunds, he told me it is a satisfaction guarantee-meaning he will keep redesigning my site until I approve.

I was forced to do next day delivery at the post office to mail my payment and was not allowed to view my site or approve it until he got his money first.

After logging onto the site, I realized that you can view anything on there for free, you don't have to pay or join my site at all to see it. Also, when people click on a link, it doesn't ask you to pay or join, it takes you off my site.

He forced us to approve the site without even seeing it just to get him to finish it. It is still a bogus site-doesn't take money or members even though it has been paid for in full.

He never verified that we were of legal age to purchase a pornagraphic website, or that we are who we say we are. He could have just sold a site to my 16 yr old son!

The only way he was willing to resolve the situation was by charging me more money to set up my paypal account or ccbill, as he viciously reminds us. (He hates it when we call it paypal)

When I told him I wanted my money back he said that if I report him to anyone at all, or tell anyone how he scammed us that he is going to post all of my private personal info online on predator sites and tell the sex offenders to have a heyday with my family.

He told us he was an upscale accredited member of the BBB, he is not, he only has a grade from them, not even current.

He called us every name in the book and threatened to sue us for slander if I report him.

He keeps calling my house and harassing us, and keeps bugging us for our bank account number or check by phone, cusses us out and hangs up when we say no.

I tried to pay for my hosting fees separate so I had a copy of payment and a clear understanding of what payment was for. He forced us to include it all in one payment, insisted we make it out to him personally, and yelled at us when we made it out to Teleteria instead.

When I told him he could not post my private info for the world to see, he said, "Do something about it then!" Then he said that he would post our childrens names and schools on predator sites if we reported him.

I have since reported him to local, state and federal authorities, and have a list of 200 other agencies yet to contact, including the IRS.
