Ripoff, fraudulent does not deliver products paid for, delivers wrong products

I am actually writing on my mother behalf. I also have ordered items from overstock.com that were not what was promised. My mother has ordered from this website many many times and 98% of the time she has ordered from them they have not delivered the items she paid for, at all. Or the items were not what were promised. For example, she ordered a new set of bed sheets for someone for Christmas, I was helping her put them on the bed for my sister as a surprise and they were not the right size. My mother wrote the company and they said they would send her a label for her to send them back and they would replace them, this was great. For the past few weeks however it has been a battle, she has called and called and nothing has come for her to send this back. Then she was told that she would have to pay for shipping which she refused since this is not her fault. Now the latest thing is they say she is too far over the return limit and they will not exchange them. THis is a rip off. This is only one of many many experiences we have had with this company each one getting worse and worse. Now everyone in my family will never order from this website again. Just because someone gives discount prices does not mean they can rip people off. This is rediculous and still it is not resolved, the company has washed their hands of it and my mother is left to eat all of the cost, that is not how a business should run, customers should be first. I urge everyone to never purchase from this company, I would rather pay higher prices for better customer service than play these games with this rediculous company. I hope everyone really takes what I have said into consideration before purchasing from them. I have never done anything like this before and I just registered in order to make this complaint because I feel so bad for what happened to my mother and I believe other people should know about it. Again this is only ONE occasion. Thank you.
