Pam Emter at Steeple Chase Apartments, Bowen Prop Assult, abuse, vicious slander and harrassment to tenets and children

We have been yelled at, abused, threatened, our valuables broken, and been accused of things we didn't do (examples - been called terrorist for having company come up the stairs to visit in our home and then go down the stairs to leave.

Also accused of throwing each other into the walls of the apartment) by Steeple chase Manager Pamela Emter and her assistant Tori.

WE have tried mediation and everything we can to solve this problem, but it keeps getting worse. They are continually assaulting us and laughing because they think this is so exciting watching them loose everything because of us which is a direct quote from Tori to Barbara Leavens, Robert's Mother, about us.

Actually, Our Housing case manager, Karen Diez, told us to leave the apartments on Thursday 3/28/02 because Pam told her that if she had a quite weekend she would let us out of our lease and then housing would move us to Idaho. Karen told us not to go back until Pam signed the Lease Termination form.

So we left that night at 6 pm, to go stay in Portland with Robert's mom, and have not even been back on the property to pack or anything since then and it is now 4/1/02.

Some of our friends, who are currently in the process of moving out of the same complex, went over on Saturday late afternoon to get some more of their stuff and was confronted by Pam. She told them if they heard anything from us to tell her right away because we had been slightly quieter than usually, but we had still been very noisy all weekend, and she was tired of it. I would like to know how we were so noisy that it bothered her all weekend when we were in Portland, OR and she was in Vancouver, WA?

I have kids that get yelled and cursed at on a regular basis from her. She kicks my walls, Throws stuff at my windows, invades our privacy, destroys my valuables and collectables, and makes obscene lies about our home and family.

We have not been to our apartment because of the safety of my wife, our kids, and myself. She knows my wife and I have some mental health issues, as well as our oldest son (age 5) having behavior disorders, and that we are a young family on welfare. I truly believe that is the reason she is doing this, along with the fact that

I believe she wants the whole side of the complex to herself.
